As an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and Peak Performance Coach, I assist athletes, adolescents(13 and older), and adults working through difficult life challenges involving complex trauma, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and other difficulties that have become a block in their life.

My approach to therapy begins with the nervous system where clients will be given tools during the first session to apply immediately. Clients can expect a treatment experience where they are encouraged to talk as much or little as they feel comfortable about the issue or disturbance.
 
Modalities of Treatment Include:

  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Sand Tray Therapy for Children and Adults
