Christian Sarran, LPC
As a licensed professional counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals work through obstacles and blocks that are hindering their best life. I work with adults, adolescents, and performers of all backgrounds. My counseling experience and expertise includes working with specific areas of concern including: depression, anxiety, complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief, parenting, emotional management, relationships, family conflict, suicide ideation, and performance anxiety. I have seven years of direct clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, and peak performers.
I help individuals learn to manage their stress and heal from within their own nervous system. I am certified in several modalities to assist the nervous system through special modalities including EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, HeartMath, and TF-CBT(Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
I grew up in East Texas and in my free time, I enjoy time on the golf course, playing tennis, and spending time with my English Bulldog who is very jealous of my time. I graduated from Letourneau University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and completed my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2010 from Ottawa University and Phoenix Seminary.
