Christian Sarran, LPC, Owner
As a licensed professional counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals work through obstacles and blocks that are hindering their best life. I work with adults, adolescents, and performers of all backgrounds. My counseling experience and expertise includes working with specific areas of concern including: depression, anxiety, complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief, parenting, emotional management, relationships, family conflict, suicide ideation, and performance anxiety. I have seven years of direct clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, and peak performers.

I help individuals learn to manage their stress and heal from within their own nervous system. I am certified in several modalities to assist the nervous system through special modalities including EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, HeartMath, and TF-CBT(Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). ​


Alice Johnson, LPC
Alice is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Northwestern University. She has varied clinical experience in working for community mental health settings, non-for-profit organizations, hospitals, and schools. She has obtained her Foundational Theraplay Practitioner certification, in addition to completing the following training: Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, Neuro-sequential Model Technique Training, EMDR, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Brainspotting training. Currently, Alice works for Children’s Health as a Bereavement Specialist.
Alice has experience with helping children, teenagers, and parents safely navigate through their differences while they strive to understand each other’s point of view through empathy and understanding. Her goal is to ensure that families can feel safe to share their feelings and explore together the best way to communicate with each other, while considering their own attachment styles. She recognizes the importance of embracing each parent's unique style of communication and parenting approach, while also considering the child's needs and learning style. Alice provides treatment to families who have experienced challenges due to trauma (bullying, medical trauma, early childhood trauma, generational), traumatic grief, divorce, and acculturation. Alice’s clinical approach is to support each family member through compassion, genuine care, and open-mindedness.
Alice provides clinical services in both English and Spanish.

Alice es consejera profesional licenciada y certificada nacionalmente. Obtuvo su maestría en Consejería de la Universidad de Northwestern. Tiene experiencia clínica basada en trabajos para entornos comunitarios de salud mental, organizaciones sin fines de lucro, hospitales y escuelas. La experiencia de Alice incluye ayudar a niños, adolescentes y padres de familia a navegar con confianza sus diferencias y a la misma vez escuchando su punto de vista con empatía y comprensión. Su objetivo es garantizar que los miembros de la familia se sientan seguros de poder compartir sus sentimientos y explorar juntos la mejor manera de comunicarse entre ellos, considerando sus propios estilos de apego. Ella reconoce la importancia de incluir en su tratamiento el enfoque de crianza y comunicación de cada padre, y al mismo tiempo considerando las necesidades y el estilo de aprendizaje del niño/adolescente. Alice brinda tratamiento a familias que han experimentado desafíos debido a un trauma (acoso escolar, trauma médico, trauma de la primera infancia, generacional), duelo traumático, divorcio, y aculturación. El enfoque clínico de Alice es apoyar a cada miembro de la familia con compasión, genuidad, y una mentalidad abierta. Los servicios están disponibles en inglés y español.
