About the Role
Minimum of 10 clinical hours/week (with option to increase as desired) in addition to 1 hour/month of paid staff meetings
1:1 psychotherapy, with option for couples and groups
Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients and provide professional client service
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, including creating effective individualized treatment plans
Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary
Collaborate with other treatment professionals such as dietitians, MDs and psychiatrists
Maintain timely and professional clinical documentation
Adhere to Sarran Counseling Company policies and procedures
Attend monthly company staff meetings (paid)
Follow ethical and legal guidelines as established by the state of Texas, ACA, HIPAA and other governing agencies
Maintain licensure in good standing with state of Texas
Included:
· Use of office space, materials, snacks, water, and waiting area for clients
· All utilities and internet included
· Access to Simple Practice EHR for client maintenance, notes, treatment plan and schedule
· Access to professional phone system to make and receive outgoing calls
· Promotion on website, social media, and Psychology Today for advertising purposes
· Live virtual receptionist for direct scheduling, cancellation, and reschedule for clients with direct notes
· Professional business cards
· HeartMath certification with equipment provided ($200 training credit added if already certified)
· Additional $350 stipend per year towards any neuroexperiential or somatic training provided
· Liability insurance provided
· Major insurance paneling provided through Headway
· Monthly staff support meetings (Lunch provided and paid for time)

Requirements
Compensation: Varied Split Rate Compensation: 60/40, 70/30
· 10-26 Weekly Client Caseload- 60/40 Split
· 27+ Weekly Client Caseload- 70/30 Split
License Requirements: No Associate License
· Licensed Professional Counselor
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker
· Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
· Psychologist
Preferred Qualifications with One Minimum Required
· EMDR Trained or Certified
· Brainspotting Trained or Certified
· Internal Family Systems or other Parts Work Trained or Certified
· HeartMath Certified (Provided)
· Polyvagal Theory Trained or Certified
· Safe and Sound Protocol Trained or Certified
· Integrative Health or Nutrition Certification
· Neurofeedback
· Open to other somatic modalities
Therapist Requirements
· Have daily access to a smart phone and laptop computer
Responsible to maintain license requirements as outlined by the state of Texas licensing board

Sarran Counseling PLLC is a group private practice specializing in complex trauma, men and women's issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and Sports Performance through a variety of brain-body based modalities such as EMDR and Brainspotting. We are looking for fully-licensed, Master’s-level mental health professionals such as LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs (no associates or LMSWs please) to join our team.
